Vacuum fabrications occupies a large workshop together with a separate welding, cleaning, inspection and clean assembly areas. All activities are together at Folgate House, ensuring that work flows efficiently through the organisation.
CNC Machining
We use the latest CNC technology to obtain high throughput and high quality. For lower volumes, we also maintain a fleet of manual machines.
Cleaning
Vacuum fabrications has a wide range of cleaning facilities that enable us to clean to UHV standard using CFC free solvents. Subsequent RGA analysis may be specified to ensure the removal of residuals
