The
VCS1000 is a fully integrated vacuum calibration stand that can be used
to calibrate a wide range of vacuum devices. The stand is manufactured
to high standards utilising quality vacuum components and in-house designed
vacuum chambers.
As the chamber is designed in house, it can be built to accommodate
the appropriate vacuum flanges or built to ISO standards.
The system is supplied with the high accuracy Barocel
capacitance manometers as standard. These are displayed
on a Chell
linearising display to minimise errors. |
The standard(s)
are powered by a UPS which enables them to be kept warm while the unit
is moved. The UPS will typically power the standard(s) for up
to 15 minutes.
The pressure in the chamber is controlled with a series of valves. A
gate valve allows the turbo pump to be isolated and two needle valves
enable the user to admit controlled quantities of gas into the chamber.
All gas admitted into the chamber is filtered and dried.
