has created a range of precision needle valves capable of repeatably
delivering precise
flows. The valves range from 0-20sccm to 0-3slpm . All
feature stainless steel construction with Perlast® seals (other seal
materials are available, pleasecontact
us for more information).
The graph on the left shows the opening characteristics of the No. 1
needle valve (0-20sccm) and below is that of the No. 2 needle
(0-1000sccm).
