Leak Rate Testers and Monitors

	The LRM is a portable, battery powered local leak rate monitor built to satisfy ANSI standards for the Electricity Generation Industry. It offers three separate backlit LCD displays, with 15.2mm high digits for unmistakable leak rate and pressure readings, even in dark environments. One display shows the applied leak test pressure and the others show the high and low leak rate ranges. The operator has only to adjust the precision regulator to the required test pressure, and read the resultant leakage rate. The use of thermal mass flow meters means that temperature and pressure corrections are not required.
	The FMS1000-3C is a three channel gas flow measurement system which is used as a transfer standard for field testing and accuracy verification of various makes of LRMs and LLRTs. The operator commands the gas flow rate delivered, which controls and accurately measures the flow rate, simulating various leakage rates. Three separate flow channels, with ranges of 50sccm, 1, and 20.0 slpm of Air full scale (other ranges available) offer errors of better than 0.5% of range. As well as field verification and calibration, this is valuable tool for training new LLRT and LRM operators before going on site.
